Crockpot Corned Beef


Makes 8 Servings

3 lbs - Corned Beef w/ seasoning packet
1 cup - White or Sweet Onion, diced
1 Tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
3 - Garlic cloves minced
1 cup - Beef Stock
Water

In a crock-pot add the onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning packet, and beef stock.  Mix well, then add corned beef.  

Add enough water to cover the corned beef.  Put the crock-pot on low heat and cook for 10-12 hours.

Take out of crock-pot and pull meat apart, removing as much fat as you can.
