A refreshing meal that your family will love!!
1 lb - Shrimp, devained and peeled
2 - Oranges, halved and juiced
1 - Lime, juiced
1 - Lemon, juiced
2 - Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 - Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp - Dried thyme
1 large garlic, minced
Pinch or salt and freshly ground pepper
In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients except for the shrimp. Next, add the shrimp to a pan over medium heat and pour the mixture over the shrimp. Cook 5-10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink (done).
