Makes 8 servings
Overnight marinade
¼ cup - Soy sauce, reduced sodium
¼ cup - Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. - Garlic Seasoning
Ingredients
¼ cup - BBQ sauce
2 lbs. - Boneless Pork Top Loin Roast
1 pkg - Apple wood chips
Pre-heat smoker to 200-225 degrees
1. Add marinade to a zip lock bag then add the pork
top loin. Keep in refrigerator
overnight.
2. Take pork out of marinade coat with BBQ
sauce. Place back in refrigerator and
keep in fridge until 30 minutes before cooking.
3. Add your pork to your smoker and cook for 3-4
hours or until the pork temperature reaches 155 degrees.
4. Let meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Made this today and it's the best pork i've cooked on my MasterBuilt Smoker. Will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe!
