5 cups - Low sodium chicken broth
1 cup - White wine
2 cups - Water
1 tsp - Dried Rosemary
3 - Bay leaves
2 tsp - Dried Thyme
1 tsp - Oregano
3 - Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - Freshly ground pepper
- In a large pot over medium-high heat add all ingredients. Bring to a boil, the cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Bring broth back to a broil and then pour into fondue pot
Goes well with: Shrimp, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Potatoes
